About the vendor directory

This page lists the hardware, software and cloud vendors Axia works with day-to-day — the licensing, support and supply relationships that back our managed IT services. It exists for two reasons. First, customers and prospects often ask whether we partner with a particular vendor before engaging with us, and being able to point to this directory is faster than trawling through proposal documents. Second, it gives procurement, IT and finance stakeholders a quick view of the breadth of our accreditations so they can be confident we can support the platforms they already rely on.

How we choose partners

The vendors we work with fall into three broad groups: end-user and productivity platforms our customers run on every day (Microsoft, Google, Apple); infrastructure and security partners we use to deliver managed services (Sophos, Palo Alto, Acronis, Trend Micro / TrendAI, Lenovo, HPE); and specialist hardware vendors that power video conferencing, control rooms and similar deployments (Barco, Huddly, Jabra). Where a customer needs a vendor we do not currently partner with, we will either build the relationship or hand off cleanly — we do not lock customers into the tools we happen to sell.

Accreditations and supply

Most of the vendors below are covered by formal accreditations — Microsoft Solutions Partner, HP / HPE, Cisco, Dell, Fortinet, Sophos, Acronis, Lenovo and others — which we renew annually and keep on file. For licensing we work through distribution partners who can supply both perpetual and subscription SKUs. For procurement we will quote, source and pre-stage hardware on your behalf so that deliveries are timed to fit your project plan rather than arriving whenever the courier happens to turn up.

The list below links to a short profile for each partner, covering what we use them for, the main products we deploy through them, and the certifications our engineers hold. We add new profiles as customers ask for them, so if you cannot find a vendor here please email marketing@axia.co.uk and we will either write up a profile or explain the relationship we have with them.

• Microchip — Microcontrollers, semiconductors and embedded development tools.
• TrendAI — AI-driven cybersecurity and threat detection for endpoints, networks and cloud.
• Lenovo — Business laptops, desktops, servers and infrastructure hardware.
• Palo Alto — Next-generation firewalls, SASE and cloud-delivered security.
